Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is 2–3 business days. If there are any delays or exceptions, they will be announced in the shop banner.
Delivery is free within mainland France for all orders over €60.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- France (mainland): 2–6 business days
- International: 2–15 business days (typically 2–6, depending on the carrier)
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is this handmade?
Yes! All the products are made by myself with the help of my hands and my machines from my art studio in the French countryside.
Returns & Issues
If you’d like to return or exchange your order, please contact me as soon as possible at web@feliciel.org.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue, please contact me and I’ll do my best to find a solution!
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs fees are non-refundable and may be charged again on replacement items.
