Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us before the end of the withdrawal period by email at web@feliciel.org. Your message must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Conditions for Returned Items
Returned items must be sent back in a condition that allows us to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Items may be carefully inspected upon receipt. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may result in a reduction of the refund amount, as permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For valid withdrawals under EU consumer law, the refund will include:

The price paid for the returned products; and

The cost of the standard delivery method originally selected at checkout.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
The following items are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit:

Personalized engravings

Custom illustrations

Any product created according to the customer's specifications

Any clearly personalized product
Please note that products sold in the "Last Chance" collection remain eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal unless another legal exception applies (such as personalization).
