Design repeated on both sides of the mug.
Depending on your screen setting, the colors may slightly differ.
All mugs are sent in smash proof boxes so they are guaranteed to arrive safely to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing time is 2–3 business days. If there are any delays or exceptions, they will be announced in the shop banner.
Delivery is free within mainland France for all orders over €60.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- France (mainland): 2–6 business days
- International: 2–15 business days (typically 2–6, depending on the carrier)
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is this handmade?
Yes! All the products are made by myself with the help of my hands and my machines from my art studio in the French countryside.
Returns & Issues
If you’d like to return or exchange your order, please contact me as soon as possible at web@feliciel.org.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue, please contact me and I’ll do my best to find a solution!
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs fees are non-refundable and may be charged again on replacement items.

- Protective coating designed for sublimation printing
Minor variations in print placement, color, or finish may occur due to the handmade or small-batch production process.

These products are intended for normal beverage consumption and household use.
Mugs are intended for hot and cold drinks unless otherwise specified.
Products should only be used for their intended purpose.
Safety Information
- Ceramic products are fragile and may break if dropped or impacted
- Broken ceramic may create sharp edges or small fragments that can cause injury
- Discontinue use if the product becomes chipped, cracked, or damaged
- Not suitable for children under 3 years old
- Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes unless the product is specifically stated to be thermal shock resistant
- Do not place damaged mugs in microwave or dishwasher use
Packaging materials are not toys and should be disposed of safely.

To help preserve your ceramic products:

- Avoid abrasive cleaning tools or harsh chemicals
- Store safely to avoid chipping or cracking
- Allow hot items to cool gradually before rinsing with cold water
