Delivery is free within mainland France for all orders over €60.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- France (mainland): 2–6 business days

Is this handmade?
Yes! All the products are made by myself with the help of my hands and my machines from my art studio in the French countryside.
Returns & Issues
If you’d like to return or exchange your order, please contact me as soon as possible at web@feliciel.org.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue, please contact me and I’ll do my best to find a solution!
For orders outside the European Union, please note that customs fees are non-refundable and may be charged again on replacement items.

Natural cork
Due
to the natural and handmade nature of cork products, variations in
texture, color, grain, and engraving may occur between items.
Intended Use

- Cork trivets are intended to protect surfaces from warm dishes, cookware, or serving items
Products should only be used for their intended household purpose.

- Do not expose to excessive moisture or prolonged soaking
- Damaged or worn products should be replaced if they no longer provide proper surface protection

cork offers heat resistance during normal use, products should not be
exposed to extremely high temperatures or direct contact with flames.
Care & Storage
To help preserve your cork products:
- Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth
- Do not soak in water
- Allow to dry fully before storage
- Store in a dry environment away from prolonged humidity
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to reduce discoloration or warping
